✅ Returns & Repairs – Manufacturing Defects Only
We accept returns or offer free repairs only in cases of verified manufacturing defects. These may include, but are not limited to:

Loose or missing stones upon delivery

Improper setting or finishing
If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund it — based on the situation and your preference.
🔧 Repair Services
If a manufacturing issue arises after use, we offer free repair services within a reasonable period from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered but may be repaired for a fee.
📝 Return Process
To initiate a return or repair request:
