Avatar Diamonds offers free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Your jewellery is shipped fully insured and requires a signature on delivery for your security.
Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Ready-stock items: dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customised items: typically take 7–15 business days to craft, after which they are dispatched.
Delivery Time (after dispatch)
- Metro cities: 2–3 business days
- Tier-2 cities and most towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote and rural locations: 5–7 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also view tracking under My Account → Orders. For any tracking issues, reach us on WhatsApp at +91 7777962762.
Insurance and Security
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value and sent via trusted courier partners (Sequel, BVC Logistics, Blue Dart, or equivalent secure services). Deliveries require a signature or OTP-based confirmation.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to our facility and you will need to contact our customer care team to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch charges may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipment charges will apply for address corrections after dispatch.
Customs and Duties
Since we ship only within India, there are no international customs duties or import taxes to worry about.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:
- Do not accept delivery, or note the damage clearly in the courier’s receipt
- Record a video while unboxing if possible
- Contact us within 24 hours at info@avatardiamonds.com with photos and your order number
We will investigate with the courier and replace the item at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to trace it. If the shipment cannot be recovered within 15 business days, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

You may also choose to collect your order in person from either of our stores. Contact us in advance so we can have your order ready.
