3. Product Information
All our products are crafted from lab-grown diamonds and hallmarked gold. Each diamond is independently certified. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour, finish, or tone may occur owing to the handmade nature of fine jewellery and differences in screen rendering. Weights and dimensions are approximate.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices fluctuate with daily gold and diamond market rates. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch. Once an order is placed and paid, the price is locked.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, stock is unavailable, or pricing errors exist. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you by email and refund any payment received.
6. Payment
We accept only prepaid orders. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and support UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and digital wallets. Your order is processed only after payment is confirmed.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Buy-Back

- No standard returns or cancellations after dispatch
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced or repaired free of charge
- 80% exchange credit available on diamond items toward upgrade purchases
- 60% buy-back available on the original invoice amount
